CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy - If you cancel your appointment on the same day it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment fee. -The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file or will need to be paid prior to booking any future appointments. Late arrivals / No shows - If you are 10 minutes late, a $5 fee will be charged. - If you are 15 minutes late, we may need to do a solid color depending on my schedule that day. -After 30 minutes of no call no show, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged and the appointment will be canceled. New clients -Please come with previous luminary or bare nails! -I will not remove any other product off your nails. *Please keep in mind I like to take my time with your nails. I will not rush through the process because I want to give you the best outcome! With any detailed art work the appointment will take longer* *If my scheduled days do not work for you, please reach out so we can find another day and time to fit you in* *I am currently only offering hard gel extensions to fix broken nails, I will not do full sets of them :)* If you have any questions or concerns, please lmk!
